Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of inMOLA Analytics, provided by inMOLA Teknoloji Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“inMOLA”). By creating an account you accept these terms.
1. Service
inMOLA Analytics provides cookieless website visit statistics through a measurement tag added to websites and the analytics.inmola.com panel.
2. Free access by invitation
- The service is free with an invitation code that inMOLA issues to organizations. A code is only for the organization it was issued to and its affiliated people; it may not be shared with third parties.
- inMOLA may change a code's usage limit or validity or end it. If the service becomes paid, notice is given at least 30 days in advance; users who do not accept may close their account.
3. Account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your password confidential and for actions taken with your account. Report unauthorized use immediately to destek@inmola.com.
4. Acceptable use
- You may add the tag only to websites you own or are authorized to measure.
- Sending personal data via custom events (
inmola()) is prohibited (e.g. email addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers, names). - You may not use the service to reverse engineer it, bypass quotas or security measures, generate fake data or access other users' data.
5. Site owner obligations
You are the data controller for the visitors of sites where you add the tag. Informing your visitors about this measurement in your own privacy notice and complying with applicable law is your responsibility. inMOLA processes this data only on your behalf.
6. Data
Statistics about your site belong to you. inMOLA does not use them for anything other than providing the service and does not sell them; it may use only non-identifying aggregate statistics to improve the service. Visit data is kept for up to 3 months.
7. Service level
The service is free and provided “as is”. No uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific accuracy or availability is guaranteed. Results may differ from other tools due to ad blockers, browser settings and network conditions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, inMOLA is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, or damages arising from unavailability of the service. Cases of intent and gross negligence are reserved.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time via My account → Delete my account in the panel. inMOLA may suspend or close an account in case of a breach of these terms. When an account is closed, its sites and tags are disabled.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
